What we host

• We do not host or distribute commercial ROM files.
• Games in our library are homebrew titles distributed for free by their authors or under open-source licenses, and each one links back to its original source.
• ROM files opened by users from their own devices are processed locally in the browser and are never uploaded to our servers.

Submitting a copyright notice

If you believe that content on this site infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our email address that includes:

• Your full name, address, telephone number and email address.
• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• The exact URL(s) on gba-emulator.com where the allegedly infringing material is located.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Our response

After receiving a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the material in question, usually within 72 hours, and notify the party who provided it where possible.

Counter-notice

If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice containing your contact details, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake, your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court, and your signature.

Game authors

If you created a homebrew game listed on this site and would like the listing changed or removed for any reason, simply email us from an address associated with your project page — no formal notice is required.
