The service

GBA Emulator provides a browser-based emulator and a curated list of freely distributed homebrew games. The service is provided free of charge and may be changed, suspended or discontinued at any time without notice.

Your responsibilities

• You may only load ROM files and game backups that you legally own or that you have the right to use.
• You must not use the site to distribute, share or promote pirated or copyrighted content without permission.
• You must not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer or gain unauthorized access to the site or its infrastructure.
• You must comply with all laws that apply to you in your country or region.

Homebrew games and third-party content

Homebrew games listed on the site remain the property of their respective authors and are provided under the terms chosen by those authors. Links to external websites are provided for convenience; we do not control and are not responsible for their content.

Trademarks

Game Boy, Game Boy Advance, Nintendo DS, NES and SNES are trademarks of Nintendo. PlayStation is a trademark of Sony Interactive Entertainment, and Genesis/Mega Drive is a trademark of SEGA. GBA Emulator is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of these companies. Trademarks are used only to describe hardware compatibility.

Open-source software

The emulator is powered by EmulatorJS and libretro cores, which are distributed under their own open-source licenses (such as GPL). Those licenses apply to the respective components.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the emulator will be compatible with every game or device, that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that save data will never be lost. Please export important save files regularly.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GBA Emulator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the site.

Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are published means you accept the updated Terms.
